San Francisco

We had a day trip planned to SF, and that morning broke my foot. So, we postponed it to the next week and drug our friends Jeff and Eliza along. We thought we'd try the BART...bad idea. We spent almost the whole day trying to get there. But, once we did we had a blast. We ate dinner in Little Italy and took the trolley through the town. We walked SO much, this of course is before I officially knew I had a broken foot, but I was trooper. What an awesome day with friends!

Another wedding

So we had another excuse to go down south. We were able to go to one of Tim's closest high school buddy, Ed's wedding. It was awesome to be able to see some old friends, who we so dearly miss.

Snow Fun

We took a day and drove up toward the snow. We didn't need to drive far. I had my nice warm waterproof snowboarding clothes...but poor Tim. He was such a sport. He had jeans and regular shoes on. I was kind enough to give him my clothes, after all, I was really hot. He never complained, but was excited to head toward the dry, heated car for the "picnic" I made.

Regardless of how cold he was, we had a blast. We made a snowman, sled down on a snowboard, and tossed some snowballs each other.

The aftermath of the snowball fight mixed with sleet
