San Francisco
We had a day trip planned to SF, and that morning broke my foot. So, we postponed it to the next week and drug our friends Jeff and Eliza along. We thought we'd try the BART...bad idea. We spent almost the whole day trying to get there. But, once we did we had a blast. We ate dinner in Little Italy and took the trolley through the town. We walked SO much, this of course is before I officially knew I had a broken foot, but I was trooper. What an awesome day with friends!

Snow Fun
We took a day and drove up toward the snow. We didn't need to drive far. I had my nice warm waterproof snowboarding clothes...but poor Tim. He was such a sport. He had jeans and regular shoes on. I was kind enough to give him my clothes, after all, I was really hot. He never complained, but was excited to head toward the dry, heated car for the "picnic" I made.
Regardless of how cold he was, we had a blast. We made a snowman, sled down on a snowboard, and tossed some snowballs each other.

A White Christmas in So Cal
We spent Christmas in So Cal with the families. We went the Sunday before Christmas and the festivities quickly began.

On Monday I made candy trains with the little girls and Mom.
That night we went to a beautiful dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Lingy's. Camie and the girls, Mom and Dad, Jared, D and Caden all join us. We celebrated Diana, Jared and Dad's birthdays. Grandma made a beautiful dinner and really cool cakes. She is so talented.
On Tuesday we had a Fondue Party with Tim's family. We had so much fun trying everything out.

Then it came my favorite time...Christmas morning. We started at my Mom and Dad's in the morning with everyone. After that we headed to Tim's parents for the rest of the day. We had a blast with all the family..and a LOT of food...AGAIN!

Wednesday...Christmas Eve we had a nice dinner with Tim's traditional fried chicken at his parents house with the family. After, we headed to Jared's new place for our gingerbread contest. Jared and D did the North Pole, our serious competition. Grandpa Lingy did the Northridge Earthquake, unexpected of course. Grandma Lingy did a traditional look. Then there's my mom, the most competetive of all...Venice. But nothing topped our, the White Trash Trailer Park.
We won this year and already have our plan for next year's competition.

Our hairy man is 3!
If you know us, you know we have turned into weird dog people. Our dog is freakin awesome! He is so much better, and cheaper, than kids. We celebrated his 3rd birthday on November 9. That's the day we adopted him, 2 years ago. We gave him a hair cut on his big day also and I think he still hasn't forgiven us for it.

Gobble Gobble
That's my brother making me proud! Later he top it off with karaoking Daddy Yanky.
Achilles got into the pie AGAIN this year! Our first year we got him, he was new to the family and ate nothing for a week. We left him alone with pies and he ate the entire pecan pie. This year he got into the pumpkin pie. Much better choice if you ask me.
We snuck away for a night to downtown San Diego. It was so great. It reminded
Most importantly, Thanksgiving means we can finally put up our Christmas Decorations
