November Rewind

I am aware it's almost March, but I have had the intentions of catching up and just realized the babies are almost here so I better get to it. I know you don't care, but my mom sure likes to see the pics on here. I think she feels like a celebrity when she makes it on the web (jk mom).

We did our usual So Cal Thanksgiving trip again, but the best part...my WHOLE family was together this time! And it was the best holiday I can remember. Here are the highlights:

This was so fun for everyone! 

We made homemade mini pizzas...

 then...

The kids had to hide...

 while the room was filled with balloons...

 then the kids had to sit on the balloons to pop them and collect the tickets inside...

 and cash them in for goodies

 We all had a blast!

A flash of our week

A few highlights of the past few days

Oh boy! he has no idea it's about to get so much worse

(It's deceiving! all her buddies are using the "potty" now, so she thinks it's cool to hang out on it. But we've discovered she's not cool enough for this yet)

 32 weeks down

(5-1/2 weeks until my c-section, if I make it until then)

I fit in about 3 pieces of clothing now, so give me a break on clothing choice here

We have a busy week ahead, but most important on our list, B turns 2!

Candy Trains

My mom (Namma) does Candy trains every Christmas with the grandkids

B discovered the "train parts" real quick. She ate so much candy she threw up later (maybe because she never gets it)

Christmas Princess

We took B on a Princess horse drawn carriage ride

It was so fun and yet another reason why I LOVE having a girl

Definitely something we will be doing next year (maybe not with the boys though)

 

But this one shows who her heart REALLY belongs to (ya, I'm jealous)

(I think this is the most pictures I have had of B and me all year!)

We had another fun night with the Wellman crew checking out Christmas lights

Do to special circumstances (uh...me) we couldn't walk it this year so we took the easy route and drove the loop this year

We let the girls sit with us (and Dada/uncle Tim) and check it out. I am aware this is illegal, but everyone else was doing it (like that helps)

It was so fun (and quite cozy with a heater blowing on us)

 And our favorite of the night!

Fort time

I can't do a whole lot these days with Berkeley off the couch, 

but we did mange to build a fort together

I'm not sure who had more fun (including the dog)

B was so excited about Santa Clause this year. She had to take him to bed every night. 

We had 2 trips to see the big man

1st trip: serious case of stranger danger (that's a new thing for her)

2nd trip: 

Santa: "Well hello"

B: "Grover Peeze. Grover peeze"

Santa: "you want grove?"

B: "PEEZE"

I look back 2011, and feel so much gratitude
